NorCal 2026 Kickoff | San Mateo Office

We kicked off 2026 in our San Mateo office with an energizing NorCal gathering that brought together agents from across the Northern Bay Area for a full day of learning, alignment, and connection.

The highlight of the day was learning directly from Jack Wu, Executive Chairman of Premier Financial Alliance. His coaching set the tone for the year—grounded, intentional, and focused on long-term leadership and growth.

The day focused on building ourselves first—learning how to process challenges with clarity, empathy, and strong leadership. The conversation went beyond business and into intentional decision-making, personal values, and the importance of surrounding ourselves with the right influences.

We also heard from several five-minute speakers who shared their personal stories and experiences, offering real perspective, encouragement, and insight from different stages of the journey. Their stories added depth to the day and reinforced the power of shared growth and community.

Beyond the training, what made this kickoff especially meaningful was the collaboration. Agents from multiple Northern Bay Area offices came together to connect, learn, and support one another—reminding us that while we operate in different markets, we’re aligned by a shared mission.

We left the San Mateo office energized, aligned, and ready to move into 2026 with clarity, intention, and momentum.
